RATES & PRICING

$125.00 per hour weekend (Friday – Sunday)

$90.00 per hour weekday (Monday – Thursday)

$125.00 cleaning fee (per event)

$130.00 Security Guard (per event)

 

STANDARD EVENT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

•  3 Hour Room Rental Minimum

• Occupancy 60-guests maximum

• One representative onsite during the event

 

Maximum 4 hours access the day of the event. This includes 3 hours

for the event, 30-minute setup prior to the event and 30minute

clean up at the conclusion of the event.

ALL EVENT BOOKINGS INCLUDE:

  • Seating / 25 Folding Chairs

  • Tables / (4) 6-foot tables

  • Free street parking where available.

  • Security Personnel Fee

ALA CART ITEMS (additional cost to standard package)

Additional hours $125 per hour 

Seating $1.50 per chair 

Tables $15.00 per table 

Outdoor space rental $100.00 per hour

 

Linen rental $10 per tablecloth (Choice of black, white, red or blue only)

$4.00 per chair cover (Choice of black, white, red or blue only)

$1.50 per chair sash (Choice of silver, gold, black, white or red

only)
